Below are some pretty adorable pictures from our last week of school!! I also wanted to give you a heads up that you will find lots of wonderful pictures inside your kiddo's yellow folder/memory book as well as their report card envelope. Don't forget to open it all up so you can see them! One of my most favorite parts about the last week is gluing in their pictures form the first day to now! They grow so much and have SO MUCH CONFIDENCE! Have a fantastic summer!!

We had a blast on our walking field trip to the Selah Library, Wixson Park and Kings Scoop!

Don't forget to visit the wonderful library this summer! They have an awesome reading program that the kids will LOVE!

THANK YOU for attending conferences this week! I am so blessed to have parents that support their child's learning. I love conference time because I know how proud each kiddo is of their work and they are so excited to share it! I am so thankful to partner with each and every one of you! Baby Picture

Our new reading unit is all about changes in our world. We thought it would be fun for everyone to bring in their baby picture to show how they have changed and grown. Please label the photo and send it in an envelope or plastic baggie. I will return the pictures in a few weeks.

PRIDE Pizza Party

Each day these first graders work together as a TEAM to earn a square on their PRIDE chart. On Monday, they completed their chart and earned a PIZZA PARTY!!!

We will be having our PIZZA PARTY on Thursday, January 14, 2016. You may still send a lunch with your child if you choose, otherwise we will have plenty of pizza to eat for lunch!
